      Twice nangyari rin sakin na kahit received ko ang confirmation na successfully registered na ko sa FB15 at may balance pa ko.. nun ayaw gumana chineck ko ang status sabi sorry you are not registered?? Bat po ganun? Hanggang sa naabutan ako ng expiration ng fb15 ko d ko manlang nagamit ng maayos.. nun tumawag ako sa globe (211) binalik nila 15 pesos??? Kaht wag nyo na ibalik eh pakiayos nalang service..

          Siguro naman, the network is already working regarding on this kind of concern. Atleast, they we're able to admit na may pagkakamali sa system nila at kaya nila ibalik yung load mo since hindi mo naman nagamit yung service..

            Are you referring to SuperFB15 (for Globe Prepaid) or ASTIGFB15 (for TM)?

             

            Here are the Guidelines and Conditions (for Globe Prepaid):

            • SuperFB can only be used with m.facebook.com
            • Use of any Facebook app will be charged regular rates of P5 for 15 minutes.
            • You must maintain at least P1.00 load to continue using SuperFB(10/15/50/199).
            • Accessing external links/sites (e.g. YouTube) will be charged regular browsing rates of P5 for 15 minutes.

            • ASTIGFB can only be used with m.facebook.com
            • Use of any Facebook app will be charged regular rates of P5 for 15 minutes.
            • No maintaining balance to use ASTIGFB.
            • Accessing external links/sites (e.g. YouTube) will be charged regular browsing rates of P5 for 15 minutes.
