    Globe Platinum


      Hey Guys,


      I received a survey call from  a Globe Platinum executive asking me to rate their service though I don't think I'm a platinum subscriber. What I can recall is that I called Globe's hotline and couldn't find a way to speak with a live representative. As I was listening to the voice prompt, I was connected to the platinum hotline and got a representative right away. Are they suppose to transfer you to their regular hotline if you're not a platinum subscriber? Also, when I received the survey call, they were asking if I've tried using my platinum card to any affiliated merchants. I don't understand why they can't identify whether I'm a platinum member or not. I have 2 postpaid plans with globe, could that be the reason why they are treating me as a platinum member? I'm not complaining though, just a bit curious.hehe
