    Renewal of Contract


      Good Day Globe Telecom,


      I would like to seek my concern regarding the plan that I have availed last June 2012. I am supposed to renew my contract this month due to "24 months" lock-in period but upon my inquiry thru 211 hotline, my contract will end June 2015.

      I was just informed today that I have availed the rebates last June 2013 and not June 2012. I wanted to know how did it happened because I have renewed my contract thru phone call and started receiving the rewards since June 2012.

      Can you please give me the full details because I wanted to be enlightened about this issue.
