    Samsung S5 Electric Blue Availability

      Hi Fellow Globe Users,

       

      I just wondering, if there is available Samsung S5 Electric Blue on Globe today? According to all account specialist that I spoke with, they always tell me that there a minor error at Globe's System. They told me that my application has been approved and this is for delivery call out. They told me too that they encounter some minor errors. I think that minor error is the availability of the unit. If that's the case, I would rather change the preferred color of the unit. From Electric Blue to Black. Since this was auto-debit on my credit card for the MSF.

       

      Naiinis lang ako pag nakakausap ko yung mga account specialist, I will named them here, AJ, Andie, Bryan, and lastly, Precious. Each one of them told me that, there is someone who will call me from the Support Team. Naghihintay lang naman ako ng tawag from them to offer other color of Samsung S5. Grabe naman katagal maayos yung system ng globe. It Takes 4 days downtime? Paano naman yung ibang nag-aapply sa ganung promo?

       

      If nothing happens after a week, I think I will cancel my application even though it is already approved.
