    request for new line application question


      we applied for nokia lumia 1320 with 1299 .. june 2 around 12pm i received an email to submit additional requirements thru email tapos nag submit kami the following day around 8 am in the morning... today we recieved a call from a sales agent na 499 lang yung available sa kanila tapos di na nagexplain as to bakit 499 yung inoffer nya samin. yung mga documents na nasubmit namin thru emails are proof of billing(we used the billing of our existing plan) , front and back of id with signature, tapos yung proof of income na around 38k ofw kasi dad ko tapos yung remitance receipt ginamit namin.. ask ko lang bat di nag approve at 499 yung binigay?

          franzkk56 as far as I know pag ganitong scenario depende yan sa credit limit ng current account mo. This willl be treated as an extension plan. Kung bagong line and not an an extension plan, inform mo yung agent na kausap mo. Pero kung gusto mo ng mas madali punta ka na lang sa Globe Business Center, just bring all your documents inform them na Plan 499 lang ino-offer sayo sabihin mo you are applying not for an extension plan but for a new plan.

            It means kulang ang credit limit ng account. It's much better to apply for credit limit increase first before applying for a new line so you would know how much the new credit limit and what lines you can apply for.
