After 12 days of not having net connection (previously using WiMax, upgraded to LTE, which was installed today), my brother is now experiencing intermittent connection. He called the hotline and agent said it was because we have to wait 3-5 days for activation. I just wanted to confirm if this was true or if there's a chance that the agent my brother talked to doesn't know what he/she is talking about. Thanks.
