    SUPER ONE ISSUE (Adjustment takes ETERNITY)

      Gaano ba katagal ma process ang isang adjustment? Good gracious heaven!

      7 months na akong may issue sa super one and I need to call globe every month para lang i-adjust ang bill ko, reps and sups they are really nice, but they're useless!

       

      The MANAGER that I was able to talked to, gee! He is VERY RUDE!

       

      Ano ba dapat kong gawin para lang ma-recognize ng system ng globe ang super one number ko at ma-adjust ang bill ko on time?

              osmiumrx, if you're a globe rep, I hope you can help.

               

              DECEMBER 27, 2013 - tumawag ako sa CS line niyo to confirm na in effect na yung bagong number na gusto kong ilagay sa SUPER ONE. Rep said YES.

               

              Pagdating ng January, ang bills ko ay SOBRA-SOBRA dahil hindi na recognize ng system niyo yung bagong super one number ko. Therefore, I am being charged for standard voice call and text message fee na dapat hindi since SUPER ONE nga eh.

               

              Too many reference numbers, to many agents, sups na nag promise na ma'am maayos yan, na escalate na namen yung issue niyo. We'll get back to you or call you back (NA LAGING HINDI NANGYAYARI).

               

              7 months ko ng issue 'to at sa loob ng isang buwan hindi lang isang beses ako tumatawag dahil ewan ko kung na train ba ng mabuti ang mga agents niyo because it seems na di nila alam gumawa ng isang simpleng adjustment na dapat pang i-escalate sa STUPIDO niyong CREDIT DEPARTMENT na mali lang ang credit template or kulang lang info eh hindi na nila ina-adjust yung contested amount. Grabe! Are they only basing the credit sa notes ng rep na nagrequest ng adjustment? HINDI BA PWEDENG SILA MISMO ANG MAG INVESTIGATE AT I-DOUBLE-CHECK NILA NA DESERVE NG CUSTOMER NA TO ANG CREDIT SINCE IT'S A "SYSTEM ERROR".

               

              OKAY LANG SANA NA TUMAWAG EVERY MONTH KUNG TALAGANG DI NA MAAYOS YANG PESTENG SYSTEM ERROR NA YAN, PERO SANA MAN LANG SA UNANG TAWAG PA LANG OKAY NA LAHAT NA AFTER 3 DAYS MAKIKITA KO NA NA-CREDIT NA YUNG ACCOUNT KO.

               

              AND PLEASE KAILANGAN NG SUPPORT TEAM NIYO NG LEADERSHIP TRAINING LALO NA YUNG MANAGER NA NAKAUSAP KO. ANG BASTOS LANG. SIGURO NGA MARAMI KAYONG SUBSCRIBER AT DI AKO KAWALAN, BUT PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT I AM ONE OF THE REASONS WHY YOU HAVE A JOB. I AM A GLOBE CUSTOMER AND I DESERVE TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. IF I'M IRATE AND FRUSTRATED, YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT BECAUSE THIS HAS BEEN AN ON-GOING ISSUE FOR 7 MONTHS!

               

              I AM AT THE VERGE OF CANCELING MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH YOU GUYS AND WILL DEFINITELY TAKE A LEGAL ACTION IF YOU WILL DARE TO CHARGE ME FOR A TERMINATION FEE! HINDI KO SISIRAIN ANG GOOD FINANCIAL STANDING KO PARA LANG SA GLOBE.

               

              I AM WILLING TO PAY MY BILLS ON TIME IF ONLY YOU ARE WILLING TO GIVE MY CORRECT BILLING STATEMENT ON TIME.

               

              P.S. UNTIL NOW, HINDI PA RIN NA A-ADJUST YUNG BILL KO. AT HINIHINTAY KO PA RIN YUNG CALL BACK NA PINANGAKO NG BASTOS NIYONG MANAGER.

                  As I replied in another thread and to make your complaint even more valid, write a formal letter to the Head, Customer Service Department (address of Globe), stating your case, the steps you have taken (complete with case or reference numbers) then have it formally received by Globe. Make sure you have a file copy with proof of receipt. You will use this in case you want to elevate your concern to higher authorities. It would be harder if everything is verbal.
