      Hi i would like to share what we experienced there. First is the employees had that arrogant feel and seemed like they don't care about their customers. They don't know your existing promos and plans. They'd say there wasn't a promo like that. Even when it was clearly stated on your site. They don't know what they are selling. And every request can't be done. It's like everything must done on your hotline. It's like they can do anything. Well except new accounts maybe.
