i paid my 7 months bill for my globe postpaid which i purchase from allphones eastwood city,libis. I want to ask why when i called globe customer service, it says that the last time i paid my bill was last march with 999 pesos. We already went to globe cebu and asked them about it. They told us to contact 211 after 24 hours because there maybe a system glitch but it's more than 24 hours but it stil says the same. What is happening?
