That is account related (only Globe can handle). Please keep trying their hotline.
Aside from the past due amount, Globe would normally add a reconnection fee to the amount that you were supposed to pay. If payment was to be done in a Globe Business Center then they would inform you of this if done through other channels perhaps you could ask the hotline to just charge it to you in your next billing statement and just request them to reconnect your line immediately since the past due was paid already (be ready to supply them with the receipt number if asked).
