    SIM replacement for Family Plan.


      Hi. We're under Globe's Family Bundle. One of the members lost his phone. Since I'm the account holder, do I need to go to a Globe Business Center to have it replaced? Or can he transact on his own? Thank you.

          Hi Tonirox26,


          Since you are the account holder you guys have 2 options.

          1. You can go to any globe Business Center to have a new one, you just need to bring 1 valid id.

          2. If he go, Kindly give a photocopy of your valid id, Authorization letter with your signature & 1 valid id of representative who will claim the simcard. Replacement of Simcard is free of charge.
