    Cannot receive verification code after pressing send code when adding tattoo home broadband account on my account section


      Hello anyone, I have tattoo home broadband account, I click on "View my account details" (http://www.globe.com.ph/enrolled-accounts), then I click "Add Account", then I click "TATTOO BROADBAND" as "Account type", then I click "TATTOO HOME BROADBAND" as "Data Account type", then I write the "Account Number", then after I press "Send Code", I can't receive verification code in any sources like my email, landline, cellphone. How can I receive the verification code?
