You may call the hotline and follow up the Activation of your SIM. Ort maybe instruct or demand them politely to escalate the activation of you SIM within the next 24 hours.

have you turned off the unit and turned it on again with the simpack properly inserted? if still it is not activated then maybe its time to call their hotline and request them to activate it asap...

You can activate your new line via IVR. Just dial 211 from your Globe mobile number or (02)730-1000 from your landline. You can refer to Self-Service for more info.

Such a hassle tlga mgactivate. Nun tuesday ko pa nkuha phone ko til now hnd pa din activated. NO SIM CARD-no service padin. I called yesterday for the self-service activation i dialled the 16 -digit serial # found at the back of the sim card, sbe ng voice prompt within 24 to 48 hrs DAW i quote DAW. Wla padin... Grbe nman....
