Step 3. Ask them for the Turn Around Time for the Contractors to visit your location and for a Reference Number.
Step 4. Wait

thanks for the advice ch4dwick.. But since I'm God-fearing, just the fact that I said and post those/these claims is quite disturbing for me na.. T.T
I just want them to clarify things, it's my wedding next month, and as we all know, internet nowadays plays a big factor on this kinds of matters.. It's just sad that we can't get specific actions for our specific concerns.. It's like we always talk with a machine that use copy/paste programs.. Sana lang, my concern will be heard.
Step 1. Failed..
No agents are available? what in the world! Anytime of the day, 24/7, even dawn, no agents are available? What are you trying to procure?
3weeks now, and still, all we do is exchanged emails, with hopeless messages of when your repair service will reach our area!
I'm nagging because I already receive my bill, sabi nyo may rebate naman, pero wala kayong sinasabi kung gaano katagal maaayos!
Sir, you need to do a lot of swearing to get them to work. If you're nice to them they will give you a "nice" reply with actually zero output.
Also, make sure your rebate is directly proportional to the number of days downtime. I was once down for a week and they only rebated like P70. Huh???
