      Please turn our internet back on. It has been a week already and we still don't have internet connectivity. Rebates are fine but we are not paying to have rebates -- we are paying for a WORKING internet connection.

       

       

      You always say that the techs are working on the issue -- seriously, 7 days?! That much time to turn it back on or fix it?
