Hi spencer101! The debit and credit panels at the GCash app are like this: You can take your credits as the current balance of your GCash account. For example, you cashed in P1,000.00, that P1,000.00 will go to the credit panel of your GCash app. Debits meanwhile are the items or services you purchased with your GCash. Again, for example, you bought an item worth P50.00 with your GCash, that P50.00 will show on the debit side of your GCash app.
Now, to get your current balance, you deduct all your debits to your current credit. Taking the example from above, P1,000.00 - P50.00 makes your current balance P950.00.
Hope this helps.
oh I see now..that makes sence ..I was thinking it was like a bdo debit card..or something like that so the total of every thing you spend will be your g cash debit..to remind you whow much you've spent..ok thanks very much it really clarified what was once confusing..

Hi. I just cashed in a php 25 to my gcash just to try how to cash in using my load. It's my first time to cash in. My balance grew but nothing happened to the credit panel. Based on what you said, my credit panel should have been php 25, but it is still Php 0.00
