    How to unsubscribe Auto Pay Service?

      I am billed automatically via auto pay service. I want to stop it because I was not able to monitor my bill.

          gracie00 Best to call the hotline at 211 so a CSR can assist you with your concern accordingly. You may also want to inform your bank about this change.

            Hi gracie00

            If you wish to cancel the Auto Pay service, you'll have to present the following:

            • Your credit card number
            • The mobile number and/or account number of the account enrolled in Auto Pay
            • Letter of request or email from the cardholder
            • Copy of ID of the credit card holder

             

            Cancellation of AutoPay in writing to GLOBE TELECOM , send your request to Bill Channels Management 4/F Globe Telecom Plaza I, Pioneer corner Madison Streets, 1552 Mandaluyong City, Philippines or P.O. Box M-073 MPO, Mandaluyong Municipal Bldg., 1501 Mandaluyong City,

            Philippines.

            Fax the necessary documents and details needed to (02)739-3002.

            State that you are requesting for Auto Pay cancellation, Ok?
