          Hi daniella,

Sorry I might have missed it, but what type of device did you get (make and model)? This is so that the community can get a better picture of the situation.

In line with your billing inquiry, I think it's best to get in touch with a specialist, if you have a Twitter account, you can ask them about your unbilled charges.

Gud evening. It's lenovo a680. Em just curious why i have unbilled charges knowing that i registered in plan 499. Did i consume all that 499 knowing that one month  of my registered plan had not ended yet? I also tried 211 but it keeps on directing me to my postpaid plan balance. All i want was the composition of.my plan 499 so that i know what to adjust in using my device. Thank you so much.

                    Hi chibiakachan,

Like what daniella said, for account related concerns, please get in touch with a specialist, but since you mentioned that you were having issues with the IVR, you might want to try alternative channels, such as http://www.twitter.com/talk2globe

Regarding your handset related concern, let's try and isolate if it is the keyboard app itself that is having an issue or if it is the phone's hardware itself.

I also want to know if this issue only occurs when using the keyboard, When you use other apps, aside from the keyboard, does it show any behavior where in the tapped area is incorrect.

Here are some of my suggestions to further narrow it and isolate the root cause.

First is to download a good keyboard app from the Play Store. SwiftKey is a really good keyboard app, and it's free of charge (you may need to tinker on the keyboard settings in order to turn off auto-correct).

If that doesn't resolve the issue, I'd like you to go to the Dialer (the place wherein you'd make a call) and enter the following code *#0*# (although it might vary for various Android Manufacturer) and that should bring you to the device service menu. This is usually used as a way to diagnose various Android Hardware related concerns, don't worry, this is a safe procedure.

Once on the service menu, go to the Touch option, and I'd like you to complete the diagnostic test by tapping on the boxed area. Try and gauge if there is any discrepancy in terms of the area that you tapped and the highlighted area.

If the issue persist, you may need to contact the manufacturer, Lenovo, since your device is still under Warranty.

I highly suggest the first option,

                    Hope this helps!

                    Gail .

Since your device is under Globe Warranty, much better if you visit any GTBC for handset checking. If there would be anything that is need to be fixed, it would be free of charge. For your billing issues, call up the HL 211 or 730-1000 (24hrs open) for account checking. Have a wonderful day.
