    Almost 2 weeks intermittent internet connection

      Suffering from almost 2 week intermittent internet connection, I showed the technician on-site regarding the SNR readings picked up by PRTG but I guess they are not convinced. I would think they do not know what to do. See for yourself on the screenshot. I should be getting about 5Mbps

      Any globe representatives / management care to comment on this? I keep telling them it could be the DSL profile in CO , they probably have their ways of troubleshooting which I would begin to question. It takes them forever to find out what the heck is going on
