    porfeit of my load balance

      Concerning my prepaid account, my remaining balance amounting to 652 was immediately porfeited by Globe Co.without giving me any notification that my load has expired on aug.1 ,6:59 am.  I actually loaded a 100 peso card immediately after self-discovered that my account has expired , i loaded it at 7:05 am on the same day.  Is it justifiable that my load of 652 has been porfeited even there is negligence on the part of the Globe Co.,they should have informed the subscriber before or a day before the expiration date. Or is it their tactic to porfeit the load of their subscriber?
