    Regarding Admin Fees

      Kapag walang inavail na phone nung nagrenew, pero may rebate, may admin fee ba o wala? Ang gulo kasi ng CSRs ng Globe. Pinacut ko na yung plan ko kasi wala naman daw babayarang fees, except yung last na bill ko na lang. Tapos ngayon biglang may admin fee na sa bill ko. Actually 2 na silang nagsabi na wala akong lock up kaya walang babayarang fee, yung unang tumawag ako was April yata, pwede ko daw iterminate anytime pero nag offer sya ng free change ng number kaya hindi ko natuloy. So ngayong July pinaterminate ko na sya after I made it clear from the CSR na wala silang sisingiling any fees for termination. Last night I called and the CSR told me that the fee was due to my change of number, which was hindi dapat ako nacharge since inofferan ako ng free change of number. She said she will ask for approval for the reversal of the admin fee. Then I followed this up kanina then another CSR told me that the admin fee this time was due to pretermination of my account. I said the CSR I talked to when I had my line cut didn't specify the 550 admin fee and  I even clarified na wala akong babayarang any fees for the termination. Now, he said he will clarify this to the CSR who talked to me when I had my line cut, and he said daw na diniscuss nya sa akin yung mga termination charges which is a lie. Ang gulo ng CSR ng Globe, puro wrong information. Nakawala na nga ako sa Globe may issues pa ring ganito. Last billing na nga lang ganyan pa. Nakaka-stress tumawag sa hotline dahil iba-iba sinasabi ng CSRs nyo

          Hmm..

           

          Ang alam yung change of number may admin fee pero yung termination outside of lock-in period wala dapat bayad (except dun sa last bill mo).

            Zei if you have a reference number nung tumawag ka nung time na nagrerequest ka ng termination ng line mo that would be a good basis of your claim na sinabihan ka na walang admin fee. They can pull up the recording of your conversation with the agent and this will prove that you have been given misinformation.

              as far as I know, kung beyond ka ng lock up mo, wala na ngang admin fee. at tama nga na yung last bill or kung may unpaid bills ka pa, yun na lang kailangan mo i settle. call up then ask for the ref id ng notation na ilalagay sa acct mo for reference.

                right .. ung last unpaid bill nlng ung kailangang isettle since outside the lock up period na ..

                  Thanks for your advice guys. Anyway, I called again coz I wasn't convinced with the last guy CSR. He even told me to go to the business center where I applied to clarify this. So the new girl CSR I talked to told me, I shouldn't pay any termination fee because I got a rebate and not a phone so I don't have a lock up period. Nalito kasi ako akala ko may lock up pa rin kahit rebate lang yun kasi ang sabi nung guy CSR kanina. So this girl CSR told me she will request for reversal and I can follow it up after 4 days. She gave me reference number. I'll update this thread once this issue is settled.

                      technically if your line is out of lock up wala na talagang admin fee of preterm fee, that admin fee na nag rereflect from your bill is due to the changed of number which is supposed to be waived because as offer ung changes. "posibleng nakalimutan mag waived hmm sino kaya sya  " if naka bill rebate ka you are entitled for 24 months rebate pero if you change your mind like terminating it surely wala dapat admin fee.  and its true na dapat ma waived yan and di rin sya ma rerealtime credit dahil terminated n ang account. tama ang lahat na ang dapat mo lang bayaran is the total unpaid and last bill mo.

                          Nagfollow up ulit ako ngayon. Hindi pa rin naaapprove. Help... Gaano ba katagal bago maprocess yun? Anyone knows who to talk to directly? Kasi sa hotline hanggang follow ups lang sila. Hindi sila yung mismo nagpaprocess. Sana naman mawaive na para wala na rin akong iniintindi.

                        Update.. I called again to make a follow up and the fee is still not waived. The CSR is again insisting that there's an admin fee that I had to pay. I said I already brought this up in the community site and everyone told me I shouldn't pay for the fee, including the last CSR I talked to. Yun naman pala, they can process the waiving of the fee themselves so the CSR said she will process the reversal herself. Hopefully I won't get any bill again since I already paid the excess for my 48th & final bill.

                            hi Zei , I think it is better to go to a Globe Business Center and have your concern processed there.  Hotline CSRs will always give you a different answer as you have experienced.  Don't leave the store unless it is settled in their system.   Just to reiterate, there is no admin fee (P550) for termination of account that is already outside of lock-up period.
