      Mareresolve po ba kung super bagal ng internet connection namin? Di naman ganito dati but after ng bagyong Glenda naging super bagal na ng internet namin tapos nawawala pa..

                Hello po, I just want to ask, ang Tattoo Plan po namin is 3Mbps but naging super bagal na po ng Internet namin and nawawala wala lalo na pag gabi almost 1 month and a half na pong ganito, we pay our bill on right time naman, nakaApat na po kaming contact sa globe pero laging walang nangyayari, sabi ng customer support agent na okay naman daw po yung status ng connection namin "Signal reading ng modem is Passed. There is no problem on your modem or on your connection." sabi ng agent and nag suggest din po na magscan baka daw may Virus ang gamit na computer pero bagong format yung gamit ko right now. Halos araw araw ko pong chinecheck yung status ng internet but wala pa din pong changes. Dati naman po nakakapagdownload ako ng movies within the day and okay yung connection but now pagnagdodownload ako ng movie iinaabot ng days depende kung maganda yung connection and hindi na nakakagamit ng internet yung phones connected to wifi pag download in on going.
