    How can I add my Account Number on "My Account" on Globe?

      Last August 1, 2014, nag apply ako for Globe LTE 2mbps plan. Kinabukasan, na installan ako. After installation, may binigay sa akin ang mga installers na Service Completion Report. Napansin ko, walang details about Account Number. Ang nakalagay lang is mostly installation configuration settings.

       

      Then tumawag ako sa Customer Service via this website. Via Live Chat to ask for my account number. Sabi ng naka chat ko, di pa daw makita sa system ang account number ko. Wait pa daw ako ng 24 hours then contact them again for followup.

       

      Para sigurado, pinalampas ko ng 24 hours. Kahapon (August 8), contact ulit ako via Live Chat. Luckily, meron na akong Account Number.

       

      Then sinubukan ko e add ang account number ko via "My Account" in this website.

      Add account > Account Type: Tattoo Broadband > Data Account Type:  Tattoo Homebroadband > Account Number: (my account number).

      Then failed with an error:  We cannot find the account you are trying to enroll. Please check your entry and try again.

       

      Contact ko support via Live Chat, and was instructed on the same method na ginawa ko sa taas. Same pa rin ang error and was instructed to try again within 24 hours.

       

      Ngayon, sinubukan ko ulit add ang account number ko using the same procedure. Kagaya kahapon, may error pa din. Same error as written above.

       

      Paano ko e add ang Account Number ko sa "My Account" here on Globe? Possible kaya na mali ang binigay nila sa akin na Account Number? Or di lang talaga gumagana yung system kaya nag kaka error.
