    Not Getting What I'm Paying For


      I subscribed to a 5MBPs plan but only get around 0.2-2MBPs speed according to Globe's own Speedtest. I have lots of proof of screenshots using Globe's own Speedtest. Even slower on speedtest.net. I use the Globe [email protected] LTE normally with just my one laptop.


      Also the installers did not activate my free phone yet even after 3 months, I got his full name though.


      Please help, Globe. I just want to get what I pay for (which is 5MBPs internet and the Globe wireless phone line) that was promised to me. I'm on Pasay area.
