    System Upgrade?


      hi globe community! the myaccount upgrades are very helpful.. but there's still something that's bothering me about myAccount.. I already paid my outstanding balance in the last cut-off which is from the month of June-July.. and so I called to globe customer's service, and my billing was actually okay and payment was transacted for the said cut-off last Aug. 3. but in my online account, billing was not  updated and my outstanding balance in the last cut-off remained the same. is there something wrong with your system? because I am looking forward that my outstanding balance for the next cut-off is only good for July-August, and will not be added to the June-July cut-off.
