hi jasotelo , by "deactivate", you mean temporary disconnection? Or, permanent disconnection? For permanent disconnection, you will be liable to pay for the pre-termination fee since you are still on contract.
If you just want it temporarily disconnected, you may do so but your contract will be adjusted to cover for the months that no MRF was collected. But after 2 consecutive months of temporary disconnection, it will become permanent if not reactivated.
You can just call 211 for these.
