If they are not familiar with the plan they gave you, request to see the bills/SOAs of your postpaid line to check. If these are still unavailable, inform them that you will call the 211 hotline to inquire about your plan. The CSR will verify the details of the account holder so ensure that you are in the presence of your parents while you make the call. Other alternative solutions are as follows:
- registering the account at http://accounts.globe.com.ph (if your parents haven't)
- downloading the GServices app on an eligible device and requesting for contract information under Service Requests
- requesting for contract information by dialing *143# on your phone (choose MyAccount > More > Request contract info)
