    No reconnection after bill has been paid?


      Its almost 48 hours and several chat with your online reps who would only say that there is a network issues on the area which is also not true. Anyone also experiencing this kind of run around?


      I am just getting the redirection to a globe page whenever i try accessing a website. Modem status is up. DSL light is steady and internet is blinking. did modem resets and also t/s steps already. 


      Online chat support also confirmed that account is already active but no connectivity still.

      I am not really happy with the way globe handles reconnection of account which was set for non pay.
