    Globe Postpaid Account Issues

      Hi,

       

       

      I'm posting in this thread as my last resort for help.

      Meron akong plan 1799 na mageexpire na sana yung 24 month contract this coming January 2015. Since naglabas ang Globe ng LG G3 ang balak ko sana ay mag pa early recontract tapos bayadan ko na lang ung early recontracting fees. So tumawag ako ng Recontracting department and inadvise nila ko na for some reason wala daw stock ng LG G3 for recontracting members "pero" meron daw pag new subscriber. Ngayon inadvise ako nung rep na if gusto ko daw ng LG G3 i cancel ko ung current plan 1799 ko then sign up for a new one. Hindi daw magiging problem un at in fact magagamit nilang reference ung cancelled account for the new one so hindi ko na din need magsubmit ng requirements.

      Since gusto ko din ung LG G3 I followed their suggestion and cancelled my current plan 1799. I payed for the early termination fees and any other fees that came along with it. So ayun na nagbayad na, cancelled na ung account and settled na ung pending balance. I called the hotline again to process the application for the new plan 1799(LG G3) pero ang sabi ng rep na nakausap ko hindi daw pwedeng gamitin ung cancelled account ko for reference sa new one dahil nga cancelled na daw? Tapos since meron daw ako recent na plan 999(gf ko gumagamit sakin pina ngalan kasi nga mejo ok customer naman ako) need ko pa daw mag provide ng mas mataas na proof of income?

      Given na sa current income ko ngayon i had both plans under my name, 1799 + 999 tapos pinacancel ko ung 1799 then mag sisignup ng bagong 1799 biglang need ko na ng mas mataas na income?

      Sabi nung agent na nakausap ko since un daw ang advise nila sakin ieescalate daw nila sa "Support Group". After a few days nakareceive ako ng tawag mula sa support group and sabi nila iinvestigate daw nila and i will receive another call in 24-48 hours.

      Makalipas ang dalawang araw walang tumawag so tumawag ako and ang sabi ng agent iescalate daw ulit nila sa support group at tatawag daw within 24-48 hours. Again walang tumawag and this cycle happened 6x. I repeat 6 times akong tumawag, 6 times nila sinabi na ieescalate sa support group at 6 times walang tumawag. Para sa company as big as Globe this is just sad.

      After a few more days nakareceive ako ng tawag mula sa support group nagtanong lang kung itutuloy ko pa daw ba ung application ko and i said yes, sabi nila tatawag daw ulit sila after 24-48 hours and yes para sagutin tanong mo OO walang tumawag ,this was about almost a week ago now.

      Hindi na ko tumatawag ulit sa globe hotline, nakakapagod lang at pareho lang din ang sasabihin ng mga agent -- "Ieescalate sa support group at tatawagan ka nila in 24-48 hours" pero wala naman nangyayari.

      Sana kung hindi nila magragrant ung request ko sinabi agad nila, edi sana hindi na ko nagbayad ng early termination fees etc, nagamit ko pa sana ung line ko.

      Kung may Globe agent/admin or anyone from Globe na makakatulong maresolve yung issue, may other suggestion or atleast kung hindi man mareresolve please let me know so I can cancel the pending order and move on.

          Do you have the reference number nung tumawag ka to request for the account cancellation to get the LG G3 offer plan? If you do, I suggest that you try to call again the hotline and demand for a supervisor to get the bottom of this. In the first place, dapat di sila nag advise to cancel your current plan since alam nila na ang new application will need to resubmit documents and proof income specially kung sa higher plan tapos may additional ka pa na postpaid account. But, you can try going to the nearest Globe Store may be magawan nila ng paraan yung application mo, that is after makuha yung sagot ng hotline supervisor. Take note mo yung name nung visor and yung agent na nagpromise sayo for the new application for the LG G3 Plan. Loop natin si paulos sa thread may be he can help you with your predicament.
