    ebill billing option causing non receipt of hard copy of billing statement


      i stopped receiving my monthly hard copy of billing statement last April2014. i was just told today that being enrolled to ebill causes the subscriber not to receive the hard copy. I've been calling the globe hotline to resend me the hard copy of my billing statement for the months of April, May, June, July, Aug but what they did was to deduct 199 Pesos for resending these billing statements that should've been sent to me for free in the first place.
