            There could be several reason for it like a prorated rate being charged to your account to synchronize your subscription to your assigned billing cycle, a device charge which was not credited to your account or even a mistake that was made. As what Gail  mentioned, it would be best to get in touch with Globe directly unless you want to post your bill here so we could further explain.
