Are you checking it via the GServices app or online via My Account? I assume you have already signed up for paperless billing and you can access My Account. If both are not working for you, you can always contact Globe hotline to check on your current bill Contact Us.
Is this going to be your first bill?
For your first bill, it will be generated 3-5 days after your cut-off end date. For example, if you availed of a plan last September 05, then your cut off ends at the 24th of September, you will still not be able to view your bill online as the bill is not yet generated.
You may want to call the hotline (211 via mobile) or send a message via twitter @talk2globe for further information about your cut-off. You may also visit the nearest customer service at any Globe Store Nationwide.
