For Permanent disconnection request, this can only be catered at the globe retention/termination hotline. Please contact them using any globe prepaid or postpaid sim at this number: (02) 730-1300.
If you could not reach them via the previous method, you may call our hotline and select account disconnection of accounts among the Integrated Voice Response (IVR) options. Listed below are our hotline numbers:

as far as i know If temporary disconnection, until 30 days lang yung palugit nun. kasi yung mga possible reasons nun is lost sim card, lost phone (or both), defective phone o kaya out of the country. while permanent disconnection is also known as TERMINATION of line and with that di ka na pwede mag-avail ng loyalty rewards or magpa-recontract.
you should call retentions department, pero if you are still in contract, bear in mind that there will be a termination fee
