    One of my postpaid accounts has already expired last 11 September but I haven't received any notifications from your end.  I would like to know my options after my lock-in period.


      What are my options after lock-in period.  What happens after this period?  Will my account be a automatically renewed?  I may want to upgrade, what's the 1st step?
