I am a postpaid user for more than ten years with globe, currently with three different accounts/plans in use. I have applied for a new plan a few weeks ago and was informed by the sales representative that the unit I've chosen will arrive on September 11. However, it's already September 16 and I have yet to hear anything from Globe. I have already tried sending text messages and calling the sales representative who handled our transaction yet I received no replies from him.
May anyone tell me a better way of contacting Globe? I suppose calling their "premium" hotline number would be best, however I've lost the number.
