    Plan USER / WIFI PROBLEM

      -WIFI PROBLEMS-

       

           Im a PLAN USER 499  ask ko lang why hindi ako makaCONNECT sa ANY WIFI na napupuntahan ko? When my  Data Connection is ON INTERNET Connection ko is OK naman , BUT pag WIFI naman HINDI ako makapag INTERNET .. whats the problem? please help me !  MY UNIT IS LENOVOA680

          First make sure you are not on Airplane Mode when connecting to a WiFi network. Another is verify if the WiFi network you are trying to connect has indeed has a working connection. When you enabled your WiFi do you see the icon on the status bar? You can also check under Settings -- > WiFi -- check if it says connected.

              BTW madami na po ako na try ng WIFI sa house namin / sa office / coffeeshop

              nag aappear lang is CONNECTED but any internet BROWSER is said Connection Failed?

               

              i try Facebook / Playstore / Youtube / Emails  but no one is working ..

               

               

              when my DATA Connection is ON - Lahat ng nasabe ko Apps is WORKINGS

              Since when did you experience that problem with your wifi connection..?

              Is you Lenovo A680 is a Globe provided handset..?

              Nakaroon ka na ba ng successfull internet connection using wifi before..?

               

              You may want to visit any Globe store and have your device check..

              Sa tingin ko device yung may problema. Meron namang warranty yung device eh..

                  1. nag try ako sa mga ibat ibang may WIFI connections pati sa HOTSPOT never ako maka connect

                  3. Nope. lahat ng WIFI connection na pinagconnect ko is unresponse

                   

                   

                   

                  Nagpunta ako Yesterday (sunday) sa Globe Store and chineck nila yung UNIT nakita nila na hnd talaga nag WORK ang WIFI ..un nag assist sa akin si (SHERWIN @ Globe Store Greenbelt) binigyan nya lang ako ng LIST ng LENOVO service Provider para TUMAWAG doon .

                  tinanong dn nila ako na kung 1month na daw ba un UNIT   pinakita ko un RESIBO August 30,2014 ko nakuha un unit .. and then sasabihin nila sa akin NACONSUME KO NA DAW ANG 1MONTH? nag iisip ba sila sir? SEPT 30,2014 na ba para maging 1 MONTH ung unit. Sorry ha nagiging ABALA na kase sa akin . hnd ko kase maasikaso ng maayos dahil nag tatrabaho ako ..

                   

                  Kung Ipag papasa pasa lang ako para maayos ang unit .. IRERETURN ko nalang ang unit .

                  MAGREREQUEST nlng ako ng DISCONNECTION ..
