    No option to enable Globe telecom Billing


      I´m having the exact same problem as many others. I have tried to reset the play app on the phone and tried to purchase items both when connected on mobile data and wifi. Still no option to enable globe telecom billing.


      I´ve tried to get help from the team on facebook. They don´t understand the issue. I called the hotline and they explained how i appplied to read my bills online. After my 4th attempt in explaining the issue and having been put on hold for 15 minutes the agent was going to escalate the issue "with your googleplay issue" Still not sure if he knew what the problem was.


      I also tried talk2globe, but no answer.


      I was not able to respond to the question already available so i had to create a new one instead.
