    Saan pwede magreklamo about phone bills in internet?

      I Need someone to talk to here in globe, na hindi pinapanigan ang mali ng mga nagtatrabaho sa globe... Its about my phone bills... Tumawag na ako at nakipag debate ng ilang ulit sa operator. Pinipilit nila ipabayad sakin ang phone bills ko, napaka laki... Hindi ko ito itotolerate at kung hindi ito aayusin ng globe handa akong ipaglaban ang rights ko. Ilang buwan na ang nkakalipas ng mag offer ang globe na gawing 3mbps ang net ko, basta mag renew lang ako ng net. Plus may unlimited calls daw ako na globe to globe phone calls. So pumayag ako.At this month medyo npadalas ang pag gamit ko ng phone calls, since alam kong unlimited, kaya hindi ako nbahala, at globe to globe ang tinatawagan ko. kahapon, may tumawag sakin operator ng globe, at sinabing 1,4k plus na daw bill ko sa phone. i ask them bakit ganun, eh diba unlimited... Then sabi nila hindi pa daw nka activate. at tinanong nila ako kung gusto ko ipa activate! What is this? Lokohan ba ito? When i agree na gawing 3 mbps ang net ko, hindi ba dapat automatically unli na rin phone calls ko, dahil package ang offer nila! ilang buwan n ang nkakalipas wla man lang nagreremind na ipa activate ang phone calls ko! At ang alam ko package yun na active na! Kahit saan package na offer ka magtanong, pag package at umagree ka automatically lahat yun activated na! Tapos ngaun sasabihin nila na wla daw silang magagawa about dun sa phone bills dahil ngaun lang na activate! At need ko daw bayaran! Nakipag debate na ako ng ilang ulit sa operator pero sarado utak nila! Hindi ako mayaman pra magbayad ng phone bills na sila naman ang may mali! Pls... Advise...

          It would be best that you go to the Globe office and explain your side to them. Make clear the following:

          1. That the offer was made to you but no proper explanation was given as to the requisites of the offer.

          2. As far as you are concerned, the mere fact that you agreed to the offer is tantamount to an automatic upgrade of the agreement.

          3. There was no intention to defraud Globe with your usage as all were done in good faith and the explanation that was given.

          4. You are feeling that you were misinformed and even deceived which could hold Globe liable for such actions.

          5. Request that the charges be reversed out of goodwill.

           

          There were cases that such charges were reversed... good luck.
