          Just to a Globe business center and bring a valid ID to get a new simcard if you are a postpaid subscriber. If prepaid subscriber (as this falls under the heading of prepaid), aside from the valid ID, be prepared to show proof of ownership of sim (like the case or receipt or other details (like knowledge of transactions) pertaining to your sim) and an affidavit of loss.
