My Pocket wi-fi battery gets low immediately like minutes after charging it full. I just bought the unit last August 12. I always watch for the battery icon to stop blinking, and when it does, I disconnect it. I was shocked when the battery immediately went low (battery icon on red) and eventually shuts off the unit. Damage came too soon. Is the battery covered with the warranty? The Globe store agent said there will be replacement after a week from purchase. I am totally upset since it's still more than a month after I bought it. I'm thinking if the warranty could save me.
Apparently, battery is considered as phone accessory and it's not covered of the one year warranty. Anyway, feel free to visit any nearest Globe Business Center to have the unit checked. Please bring the acknowledgement receipt and 1 valid id.
