Hi cathz you can contact your payroll department for info on how to get a replacement card.
Alternatively, you can get in touch with a specialist by calling 2882 or go to the nearest Globe Store to suspend the card. You will be provided on how to get the replacement card.
You may be asked for a photocopy of your valid ID and a notarized affidavit of lost.
