You may want to check your bill for details or if you do not understand it then perhaps you could post it here so we could further scrutinize it.
Possible reasons are a pro-rated charge was added to synchronize your start of subscription to your regular billing cycle, excess of consumables, charges for value added services or even an error by Globe among others.
