Hi! My concern is about wifi postpaid billing. My sister wanted to transfer her account to mine so that all the transactions that need to be addressed will be handled by me since she's working abroad now. What's the easiest way to do this since I have with me the necessary data of the said account.
Your sister's request would have to be validated if she is abroad. Let her send a letter of request duly signed (and if possible authenticated by the Philippine consulate) and a copy of her valid government ID.
On your part, bring the necessary documents which would identify you, your billing address and your capability to sustain and maintain the account.
Transferring one's account to another is subject to Globe's approval.
