    additional mobile line


      can anyone help me what to do? .i applied an additional mobile plan under my account last friday. the agent told me that another agent will call me after 24 hours to confirm my application. e send the neccesary document that they're asking which is a valid ID for additional line. but 2 days past already, no one called me from Globe Telecom.
