    Billing Problem

      Good Morning po....bakit po tumaas ang bill ko sa plan ko....last month po ang billing ko 2340php.....now this month my billing is 5140php.....what happen....?sa di nman po ako nagagalit....bakit ganun....dapat po mga 2.7K  lang po un..

There are lots of factor why your bill come up, as you not expected. Calls or Internet are the high risk of a bill shock.If you don't have the statement you may ask it thru hotline 211 from your mobile  to send you the copy of your statement for you to be able to check.Our customer service from our globe stores can assist you whenever you have something to confess about your bill..Thank you!

              I too have a problem with my current bill. They charged me this club content subscription. But it's not even possible. Ginagamit ko lang yung sim ko sa pocket wifi for mobile data. How can I subscribe to a club kung laging nasa pocket wifi ko ung sim!?!?! Now I am talking to their customer rep sa twitter yet they said na they can only opt out ung subcription pero yung charge sakin ndi nila marerevert. Ang UNFAIR!!!!
