    No prior notices or even updates regarding technical issues.


      My line was suddenly cut October 22 at 12:00 PM. Until now wala pa rin. According to the customer service agents, ongoing technical issue I understood that loud and clear. But HANGGANG KELAN? I'm a homebased tutor. I have already lost some earnings and I even incurred bad attendance record sa company ko. Why there were no prior notices kung kelan gagawin at walang update info kung kelan PROBABLY maaayos ang lines para ung homebased workers like me WOULD KNOW what to do. NAKALUTANG kami sa kawalan.
