Check first if you have a public IP. Rare instances lang ang home broadband na may public IP from Globe.
Meaning salamat for the reply. How would one know kung ang ip address mo is public or not. I went to "whatismyipaddress.com" and akala ko this external ip is what globe assigns, and I know this can change anytime, that's why trying to use dynamic ddns

You have to check what IP address Globe assigned to your Modem. It's
usually on the status page of the device. Compare that IP with the one you
got from http://whatismyipaddress.com/. If they are the same, you got a
Public IP. If not, unfortunately, there is no way to port forward.
