Video calls are made through 3G so be sure to do the following (Get Data Settings| Tools | Mobile Internet):
ACTIVATE INTERNET ON YOUR PHONE
Check your phone's Internet connection. For most phones, this is usually on by default. If your phone's Internet isn't, text GO to 2951. You'll receive an SMS with the settings you need to activate your phone's internet.
CHOOSE YOUR APN SETTINGS
Choose the proper Access Point Name (APN) setting applicable to your phone.
Use HTTP.GLOBE.COM.PH if you're a Prepaid or TM subscriber.
Use INTERNET.GLOBE.COM.PH if you're a Postpaid subscriber.
