      Tanong lang po. Bago lng po ako sa mundo ng postpaid. Sa mama Yung acc na gamit ko po para maka subscribe sa globe kasi nga po nag aaral papo ako at para mapadali narin yung application 

       

      Ngayun. Nag live chat po ako sa CSR para sa mga querry.tungkol sa freebie ko  Nag tanong sya kung ka ano ano ko yung acc. Holder. Sumgot po ako. Pero bat gnun sabi nya yung acc. Holder lang daw yung pwedi na mag req.

       

      Bat gnun . Hindi ba tlga pweding bigyan ng kaht kunting consideration yung mga tulad ko? Tas pano namn mag rereqst si mama ko e. Mejo may edad na   hindi nya alam ang pasikot2 tungkol dto. Gusto ko lng nmn malaman yung mga freebie at ibapa tungkol sa postpaid user. Para namn alam ko kung anong binababayaran ko as well as mag enjoy sa pag gamit nto marami pong salamat. :)

          Well actually tama yung agent na nakausap mo only the account holder pwede magtanong about sa information ng plan nya, this is for security purpose na rin. Ang pwede mo na lang siguro gawin is tawag ka ulit sa hotline and pakausap mo sa mama mo para sa account verification. Request na rin kayo kung pwede kang gawin point of contact ng account holder then explain na lang ng mama mo yung reason. Another thing tag ko na rin si paulos and joshl baka sakaling meron silang pwede pang i-suggest.

            This is done for security purposes as only the account holder on record could amend or even inquire on their own account UNLESS proper authority is given to someone else (like a child, brother or just anyone). Globe gives extra consideration to this but you have to prove to them that you have such authority whether written or verbal which could be verified by their CSRs through a phone call with questions only the account holder may be able to answer.
