you can call the loyalty hotline. it can be process through hotline and the account holder should be the one to process it the verification will be done on set of the call. you can call 02-730-1300 they are open from 8am-10pm. make sure you choose loyalty hotline.
For recontract, you no longer need to file a renewal form. You can continue using you current plan as it is. However, you can call the Loyalty hotline listed on this link Contact Us if you wish to avail a bill rebate. Bill rebate is a form of loyalty reward for subscribers who are already out of contract. You can enjoy a monthly discount with your current plan without being locked-in for certain period.
